Ernest A. Liner (1925–2010) donated his herpetological library and collection of artwork and figurines to HL, SSAR, and ASIH to support "up-and-coming herpetologists." The sale of these items is being run on behalf of all three societies with the money being divided equally between them. Each society will decide how best to make the funds available to meet Dr. Liner's wishes.

Items are now being sold on two websites: Most items are at Bibliobid.com, while some items will be listed on Ebay. It is expected to take about a year or more to liquidate the entire collection. Please bookmark these links and check back frequently as new items will be listed weekly.
