Several people have been confused when they login to renew their subscriptions. At first glance it may appear that your subscription is auto-renewing, but it is not. In the picture below you see a check next to SSAR and it states this is auto-renewing. This is a category of subscriptions. Below this you'll see "SSAR: Regular Member" with an X next to it and an indicaation of when it expired or was unsubscribed. This is the actual subscription. If you see a X next to it, the membership needs to be renewed.

The picture below also illustrates another problem that occurs in a few accounts. The Herpetologist League category is listed, but there is not a subscription associated with it. In this case the website will not allow you to renew your subscription (It may occur with either SSAR or HL). Please This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
